Wow, I cannot believe what a criminal Harris is. He goes by a new company name of Home Improvements, he used to be “Floors by Harris” but because of all the people he has scammed he changed his company name and phone numbers. Please beware he is still taking peoples money by asking for most of the money upfront for a job and certifying the cheques and cashing them. He lives in a really nice house obviously from stealing money from other people. He also drives a red jeeep and a white BMW. Please homeowners beware of him. He is stealing thousands of dollars from innocent home owners. Remember this guys has been doing this for at least 3 or 4 years or possibly more…he knows how to lie and promise to come back and complete the job. He also does not pay his subcontractors, we had a lien put on our house because he did not pay the electrician, so we are ultimately responsible. We are taking him to court over this have no doubt!
